Free Try Lacrosse Clinics

The Northeast Tennessee Sports Association is offering youth ages 7 to 14 the opportunity to get out, move, and learn the fundamentals of Lacrosse in a fun, safe, and energetic environment through our Free Try Lacrosse events. Participants will learn the fundamental skills of catching, passing, shooting, cradling, ground balls, footwork, and positioning. This event is open to boys and girls that want to learn the game of lacrosse and have fun in the process.

No experience is necessary to participate and equipment will be provided.

Free Try In-Line and Street Hockey

Free Try Hockey events provide an opportunity for kids to get their first experience of the game and learn the basic skills such as skating, puck handling and shooting with quality coaching instruction. Perhaps most important, kids will have fun in a positive and safe environment. This event is open to boys and girls between the ages of 8 to 13.

No experience is necessary to participate, but participants of the in-line session will need to provide their own in-line skates, knee pads, elbow pads, helmet, and gloves.

Free Try Lacrosse Registration

To register for an event, follow the registration link below and complete the online event registration form.  You will also need to print, complete, and sign the Participation Waiver.

This waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian of the child.  You will need to bring this completed waiver with you in order for your child to participate in any NTSA sponsored programs.
